At DayNest, we stand behind every product we sell. Your rights under Australian law are protected, and we're here to help if anything goes wrong with your order.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@daynest.com.au with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a paid return and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Where the failure is major, you can choose between a refund or replacement.
Returns outside ACL guarantees
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please review product specifications, dimensions, and compatibility carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure whether DayNest is right for your space, contact us at support@daynest.com.au before ordering — we're happy to help.
Refund timeframes
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to start a return
Email support@daynest.com.au with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 3 business days with next steps.
