Shipping policy

We ship DayNest products across Australia and New Zealand from our Adelaide base. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


Where we ship

We currently deliver to all addresses in Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship outside these countries at this time.


Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order ships.


Shipping rates

🟒 Standard Shipping β€” FREE

All orders include free standard shipping to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. No minimum order value required.

⚑ Express Shipping β€” Additional charge

Express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. The exact express shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you confirm payment, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Express orders are typically picked up by our courier the following business day after your order is placed, subject to carrier availability. Once dispatched, express delivery timeframes apply from that date.

All shipping costs are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees.


Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Times may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, or remote locations.

Carriers

We ship via Australia Post / StarTrack / Couriers Please / Aramex. All parcels are fully tracked. Signature on delivery is required for orders over $500.


Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Authority to leave

If you'd prefer your parcel to be left without a signature, please contact us at support@daynest.com.au before your order ships. Please note that orders left without a signature are at the customer's own risk and are not covered by our shipping insurance.


Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@daynest.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Risk of loss

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend reviewing your address before placing your order.


Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unattended delivery, or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs are payable by the customer.


Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, customs processing (for New Zealand orders), or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of any significant delays.


Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is materially different from what was described, you are entitled to a remedy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
